As part of our History topic of looking at Homes from the past, we were very excited to welcome Mr Smith from Freshwater Theatre to give us an imaginative afternoon exploring Ardleigh Hall. As Mr Smith was the head Butler, he made us pulled our sleaves up and got involved in all the duties the staff would carry out back in the Victorian times. We visited the drawing room, the wash room and the playroom to name a few!
