This week the children have taken part in a celebration of cultural diversity. We have travelled across the world with our passports to visit 6 countries. We started in England learning all about our Royal Family, moved to Australia to discover different animals and had a go at an Australian accent, then discussed the Spring tradition of Mărțișor, by making our own flowers with red and white ribboned bows. Today the children continued their journey onto China, Kenya and India. They took part in bollywood dancing, enjoyed a well loved children's story set in Kenya and created Chinese blossom trees as well as their very own Mehndi hands.
The children have thoroughly enjoyed their day and look forward to more events to come!
