The Kingfishers used their prior knowledge, of materials suitable for building, to help the Three Little Pigs build homes suitable to withstand the "huff and puff" of the Big Bad Wolf (or the gusts of a hairdryer). In teams, children explored the strength of materials and made predictions on their suitability for the job. Some great discussions on the need for binding materials and materials that are easier to stack in shelter type shapes. Well done Kingfishers for your successful lego house of bricks!
