The Wagtails have really enjoyed celebrating Cultural Diversity Day! We have travelled to 6 different countries and have enjoyed collecting our flag stickers for each one in our passports. We have completed so many different activities including learning about our royal family and making crowns (England), learning about different animals that are native to Australia and trying Fairy bread and learning about the tradition of Martisor in Romania. In addition we have also created some beautiful Chinese tree blossom artwork, completed activities based on the story Handa's Surprise set in Kenya, created Mehndi designs and explored moving and dancing to Bollywood music! What a busy day we have had!
