This week the Sparrows have been revising previously taught phonemes in Phonics and using their segmenting and blending skills to write words and dictated sentences. They have then been writing their own Tiddler excuses for being late. We have had a real focus on handwriting, sitting letters correctly on the line and distinguishing between tall and short letters. Today our writers even tried adding exclamation marks! Well done Sparrows.
