This week, Woodpeckers visited our very own Ardleigh Green Toy Museum as part of our History learning about toys in the past.
The adults kindly provided a wonderful selection of toys from different time periods for the children to explore. Woodpeckers became historians as they looked closely at the toys, asked questions and compared them to the toys we play with today.
We talked about how toys have changed over time, what they were made from and how they worked. The children showed fantastic curiosity and thoughtful discussion throughout the visit.
