This week EYFS have been continuing to work on their fine motor skills by making patterns with chalk, creating their very own sight word ladder to test their knowledge and spelling of sight words, writing lists of who they would like to invite to their superhero parties, making up superhero names for themselves and their friends and even pretending to be teachers in our 'outside school' by adding friends names to their register and using phoneme flash cards to test their peers.
They have also been making their own party hats/crowns for their superhero party and creating cuffs with their favourite superhero badges on in our conservatory. Their throwing skills have been tested by throwing beanbags at all the evil villains outside and they've been practising their number recognition and using paint to form the numbers and add the right number of spots next to each number. Its been a busy week so far and it's only Tuesday!
