This week we were delighted to celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week with a series of calming and creative activities designed to support our children’s well-being and emotional development. The children took part in a sound bath and yoga workshop where they could slow down, relax and connect with their feelings. The soothing sounds from the chimes and singing bowls encouraged deep relaxation and listening. Colouring for mindfulness was another favourite activity creating a sense of calm while sharing conversations with adults and friends.
