Y1 Computing

March 19, 2025

Over the last 2 weeks in Computing, Y1 have been learning how to group data to make it easier to collect and collate this. They started off with thinking about colour labels and went on a ‘colour hunt’ around the classroom to find 4 items to add to each of their colour groups! This week they thought about other labels they could use, for example, shape or size and again went on a hunt around the classroom to find things to match. Next week they will be looking at comparing data. A fantastic effort from all of Y1 developing their Computing skills but also their maths skills! Well done Y1!
