The super Sparrows have almost completed their first half term and have been consolidating their learning this week. In Phonics, they have been using their knowledge of the phonemes covered so far to write CVC words and complete cut and stick activities for initial sounds. In Maths they have been looking at the number 4, counting cubes into cups to improve their 1:1 correspondence, using number recognition to make phone calls to their favourite fairy tale characters and completing the gingerbread men by choosing the correct nuimcon to fit their bodies!
What an amazing first half term it has been and we could not be prouder of them!
