This week the children have been exploring different countries and their cultures as part of Cultural Diversity week. When looking at Australia the children had the opportunity to make and taste "Fairy Bread".
Fairy Bread is a beloved Australian party treat made up of sliced white bread, butter and hundreds and thousands sprinkles. It is traditionally sliced into diagonals and served at children's parties. The children enjoyed spreading their own butter using the correct cutlery and adding their own sprinkles. The best part was the taste test, which was a hit with everyone!
