The Sparrows have been completing their own art work in the style of Molly Mahon and James O'Brien over the last 2 weeks. Both artists used vegetables to create their masterpieces and this followed nicely with our work based around the loved book 'Supertato'. Children were able to choose the vegetables for their characters to print with last week and then this week they added the final details to make their own versions. They absolutely loved it.
It was also a pleasure to see some of the children choosing to work at our 'Rewind' art table and creating pieces in the style of Alma Woodsey Thomas and Wassily Kandinsky who were our focus artist last half term!
