Children's mental health week in the Penguins

 This week we have took some time to get to know ourselves a little better. We have had time to chill, time to reflect and time to think about what makes us special and unique. We have talked about what mental health is and how we can look after ourselves, and also what we need to do if we have some5ing that we are worried about.
