Today we have celebrated Mental Health Day by thinking about what we can do to keep our mind and body active. We discussed things that we can do that make us feel happier. We also shared what we nedd to do if we have any overwhelming feelings or uncomfortable feelings. We know who to turn to and what we can do to help ourself. This has linked closely to our learning about responsibility and choices in PSHE.
