In Reception we have been enjoying a wide selection of stories focusing on the themes of celebrating our similarities and differences and cultural diversity within our school community. We have discussed how history has taught us about the importance of treating one another equally and with respect. We read the story 'Fantastic Families' by Omari McQueen and discussed how 'our families are all different but are joined by love'.
