The Wagtails had brilliant fun at Barleylands Farm today! Wonderful weather and lots of busy farm activities.
Children took part in cookery classes to make their very own biscuits. They also enjoyed a Bird of Prey display seeing an Owl and Hawk in flight. We had time to meet some minibeasts and reptiles and finished off with fun feeding the greedy goats.
We also all enjoyed a lovely tractor ride around the farm, taking in the sights as we enjoyed the breeze as the tractor moved through the horse paddocks and farm grounds.
The Wagtails set an excellent example for Ardleigh Green Infants and our helpful guide, Danielle, was very complimentary on their behaviour. Great job Wagtails!
