The Sparrows had a wonderful time had at Barleylands Farm today! A fun filled day full of farm activities. The day started with cookery classes to make biscuits. Then we enjoyed watching a Bird of Prey display before lunch. After lunch it was time for a walk to see some more Birds of Prey and Wallabies before a very exciting tractor ride around the farm waving at everyone we saw and of course all the animals. This was followed by a Minibeast hunt, before rounding off a very busy day with feeding the greedy goats and sheep, which was an absolute highlight for all the children!
A big thank you to all the Barleylands staff for giving us such an amazing farm experience. A very successful trip for the Sparrows, a truly wonderful day was had by all and a day we'll never forget I'm sure!
