Marvellous Mathematicians in the Wrens

 

This week the children in the Wrens have been exploring the composition of numbers to 10. They have continued to work on their subitising skills by selecting the correct numicon tile to match the alien numbers but have delved deeper by layering them too. This has allowed the children to develop their understanding of addition and use STEM sentences to describe what they now know.
