This week, we were delighted to welcome Alice from Havering Council, who introduced us to a very special guest - Polly the Pigeon!
Polly is on an exciting mission to help everyone in Havering enjoy cleaner, fresher air. She talked to the children about the importance of reducing pollution and challenged them to think about how they travel to school each day.
Polly encouraged everyone to walk, scoot, or cycle instead of using the car whenever possible. By making small changes, we can all help to keep our air clean and our environment bright.
The children were thrilled to take on Polly’s challenge and make their own promises to become “Clean Air Heroes!”
