The Wagtails were amazing at using their initiative today and rose to the challenge of making their own caterpillar hats inspired by our focus book The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle. The children were given resources , plus a photograph of a finished hat. Everyone set to work enthusiastically, confidently and independently with great resilience. We are very proud of the super progress you have all made with your cutting and fine motor skills.
