Maths Week and World Well-being Week

June 29, 2024
We have had lots to celebrate this week. On Monday our Maths lead Miss Welch led an assembly and introduced our Maths Week celebrations and told the children all about our school poster competition. In class, we completed a number of the day activity to practise our maths fluency at the beginning of each lesson and used coat hangers and pegs to revise number bonds to 10.

In celebration of Well-being Week we watched a video all about mental health and discussed what we like to do to prioritise our well-being. We discussed who we can talk to and what we can do to help us manage big feelings. We had a wonderful assembly with our school ELSA Mrs P and completed some mindfulness colouring together in class.
