Reception Outdoor Learning

June 21, 2024

Summer has finally arrived and the children in Reception have loved every minute!
This week, we have been delving deeper into our learning about Magnificent Minibeasts. We have welcomed our caterpillars into the classroom and explored the lifecycle of a butterfly. We have enjoyed taking this learning outside as much as possible this week, using a range of resources including water citrus play, caterpillar fine motor, grouping fruits the hungry caterpillar ate and writing our own hungry caterpillar recipes. We hope this glorious weather continues alongside our outdoor learning 🌞😊
