This afternoon KS1 were visited by speakers, Brian and June, from the Guide Dogs for the Blind. They brought along retired dog, Ginger. Following discussions this week, for the Big Help Out on helping others, they spoke about the importance of service dogs for the blind and the process to train a dog for this special job. As always our pupils listened intently and asked our visitors some excellent questions about their role.
