This week our mini easy focus has been on bees and we completed a Science investigation to see how quickly pollen was able to spread. The children used finger bees, laminated flowers and wotsits to test this out. They looked at how clean their fingers were at the beginning and then their bees flew to each flower, crushing and touching the wotsit and by the end they noticed how they had orange crumbs over their fingers, showing the children pollen spreads quickly. It was lots of fun!
