The Woodpeckers visit The V&A

February 06, 2024

On Monday the Woodpeckers went on our biggest adventure yet, travelling to the newly re-opened V&A Museum of Childhood. It is safe to say from travelling on two trains to the museum itself, we all had the best day! We got to investigate the ever changing toys from varying decades and eras as well as Mrs. Silk's childhood memories the Spice Girls Dolls!  We took part in a range of interactive experiences, building, designing as well as trying to find as many of the toys found in our English focus text of 'Lost In The Toy Museum'.
