The Sparrows have been learning new phonemes this week and have been focusing on segmenting and blending CVC words. They were then challenged to write the words independently, thinking carefully about their letter formation and presentation.
This week, we have been learning where to start our letters and how to form them correctly, while also paying close attention to their size. One of our Literacy activities provided a fantastic opportunity to apply these skills and demonstrate their growing confidence in writing.
