Science in the Penguins.

November 15, 2024

This week we were scientists and engineers! We discuss how some materials are stronger than others and what makes a suitable material for a specific job. We looked closer at the structure of a bridge and what materials were the most suitable and which one was the least suitable. We then explained our reasons. We worked as a team to create our own structure, thinking about what we knew about suitable materials. We compared the strength of our bridges using weights. We had great fun testing our structures.
