In science this half term the children have been learning all about the human body. This week we have been focusing on our eyes. A huge thank you to Magella Townley who works at Moorfields Eye Hospital and is one of our amazing parents for coming into school to support the children’s learning. She brought in some awesome models to help develop understanding of how eyes work and the importance of looking after them. The children were fascinated and asked lots of brilliant questions. Magella also spoke about her job at the hospital, inspiring our future generations of scientists.
